Interpersonal Communication and That 70's Show

That 70’s Show took place in a time before the internet, email, cell phones and texting. Communication was through conversation, phone calls and written letters. Their communication was “channel-rich context.” Their face-to-face conversations were full of gestures, facial expression and tone of voice.
